Shipping and Delivery Policy

1. Overview
BeautyOnTApp delivers nationwide across South Africa and internationally. This policy outlines our delivery options, processing times, and customer responsibilities. This policy is governed by South Africa's Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 ("CPA").
2. Delivery Fees
Delivery fees apply to all orders. We do not offer free delivery. Delivery rates are displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
3. Delivery Options and Pricing (South Africa)
Express — 1-Hour Same-Day Delivery: R75. Delivered within 1 hour of dispatch. Available in Sandton and Mall of Africa areas only. Order before 14:00 SAST.
Click & Collect (Store Pickup): R30. Ready in 2 to 4 hours. Available at all 6 stores.
Standard — Drop Box / Locker: R60. Delivered in 1 to 4 business days. Available at Pargo and Paxi locations nationwide.
Standard — Door-to-Door: R120. Delivered in 1 to 4 business days. Available nationwide.
4. Click & Collect Stores
Collect your order from any of our 6 stores: Gateway Umhlanga, Fourways Mall, Mall of Africa, Menlyn Park, Sandton City, Canal Walk. You will receive an SMS and email when your order is ready.
5. Express 1-Hour Delivery
Available exclusively in Sandton and Mall of Africa zones. Orders placed before 14:00 SAST on business days qualify for same-day 1-hour delivery. Coverage zones may be confirmed at checkout based on your delivery address.
6. International Delivery
We ship internationally via DHL Express. Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and dimensions. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applicable in the destination country. Estimated delivery time is 3 to 7 business days from dispatch.
7. Order Processing
Orders placed before 14:00 SAST on business days (Monday to Friday) are processed the same day. Orders placed after 14:00 SAST, on weekends, or on South African public holidays are processed the next business day. Standard orders are dispatched within 1 business day of processing. The 14:00 cut-off is mandatory for Express 1-Hour same-day delivery.
8. Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS with your tracking number and courier details. Use the link provided to track your order at any time.
9. Delivery Areas
We deliver to all areas across South Africa via our trusted courier partners. Most deliveries within major metropolitan areas (Johannesburg, Cape Town, Pretoria, Durban) arrive within 24 to 72 hours. Outlying and rural areas may take 3 to 5 business days.
10. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout, including unit number, complex name, gate access details, and a valid contact number. BeautyOnTApp is not liable for delays, additional charges, or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.
11. Failed Delivery and Re-delivery
If a courier is unable to complete delivery (no recipient available, access denied, incorrect address), the parcel will be held at the nearest courier depot. Our team will contact you to arrange re-delivery or self-collection. A re-delivery fee may apply for repeat unsuccessful attempts.
12. Damaged Parcels on Arrival
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, refuse delivery if possible and contact customer@beautyontapp.co.za immediately with your order number and photographic evidence. If damage is only discovered after opening, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Resolution follows our Refund and Returns Policy.
13. Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within the maximum estimated timeframe (4 business days for South Africa Standard, 7 business days for International), contact customer@beautyontapp.co.za with your order number and we will investigate with the courier within 2 business days.
14. Address Changes After Ordering
Contact customer@beautyontapp.co.za as soon as possible. Address changes can only be made before dispatch.
15. Risk and Ownership
Risk of loss and title for products pass to the customer upon delivery to the address provided, or upon collection from a courier depot, locker, or store.
